Aristide Zolberg

Aristide Zolberg's  is the author of Global Migrants, Global Refugees (Berghahn, 2001), co-edited with Peter Benda. It is a must read for all students in ethnic, cultural and migration studies.

Zolberg  earned his Ph.D from the University of Chicago, 1961 and his complete profile is here.
 
His research interests include world migrations, historical and conemporary; the management of ethnic and cultural differences; and the critique of misleading theories pertaining to an alleged "clash of civilizations".
